Q: Can I pick more than one of the website samples?A: While you can view as many samples as you want, you must decide on one template for the final design. If you own more than one website and have separate accounts for each with Green Apple Webs you can choose one template per website.
Q: Can you change the color of a website sample?
A: Yes, we can change the color of any website sample to match your company colors.
Q: Can I add my own logos to the website samples?
A: Yes, we can add your logo and other graphics to the website sample and setup the admin interface so you can change your pictures or logo at any time.
Q: Can I provide my own website design or templates?
A: Most of the time the answer is Yes. If the design has already been converted to html then we can use the design. If the site was designed in Adobe Photoshop or a format Adobe Photoshop can read we can work with your design and turn it into the code required to generate a website.
Email Account Questions:
Q: How Many Email Addresses can I have?A: You can have up to 10 email addresses per account (some solutions come with less but you can add more for a $10/yr per email address).
Q: Are there any restrictions to the email address name?
A: Yes, we will not allow any vulgar or offensive email addresses. As long as you keep it clean we will create the account for you.
Q: How can I check my email account?
A: Accessing your E-mail via the Web is simple. Open a browser, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox, and enter mail.yourdomain.com (where yourdomain.com is your own domain name) in the web address bar. When the login screen appears (see screen shot below) ,enter your e-mailbox name and password.

The second option is to use Microsoft Outlook or another email client. Our Service Provider has a great web page with complete instructions for most major email clients. Please click here to visit there site. If you still need help feel free to contact us and we'll walk you through the setup.
Q: I am receiving an error message that says that my e-mail is over quota. What is the quota of my e-mailbox?
A: Your e-mailbox storage quota is 1 GB. You can easily check on your quota usage by following these steps:
- Log into your e-mail account from the internet
- Click on Inbox
- You will see your total quota, and how much you are currently using, towards the top on the right side of the window.
You may also be receiving this message because someone is trying to send you an e-mail message that will put you over your quota. For example, if you right at your 1 GB limit and someone sends you an e-mail that is 5 MB, you will receive this message, because the new message would cause you to exceed your 1 GB limit.
Q: How can I tell when I am close to my quota on my e-mailbox?
A: Your mailbox quota is displayed on the upper right corner of your Inbox. There is a bar that shows the amount of storage you are using, from 0% to 100%, and text below that to tell you how much you are using. So, for example, if you have used 35% of your total storage, the bar will be colored in to show approximately 35% usage, and the text below it will state the following:
"You have used 35% of your 1000.00 MB disk quota."
Q: Is there a limit to the size of messages that I can send or receive?
A: The combined size of a message, and all attachments to the message, must be less than 20 MB.
NOTE: To send attachments via e-mail, messages must be "Base64" encoded to be accepted by the receiving mail system. The encoding process adds approximately 33% to the total size of the message. For example, a 14 MB message (text and attachments) will total approximately 18 MB once it is encoded for transmission. Some types of attachments are encoded less efficiently, therefore your results will vary. Generally, a message of 14 MB or less should pass through with no problems, provided that the message does not cause your mailbox to exceed the total quota maximum.
Q: I cannot log on. What is wrong with my password?A: Passwords are case sensitive, so if you created a password "Norman", typing in "norman" would not work. If you still have problems logging in, contact Customer Support
Q: How do I change my e-mailbox password?
A:
- Log into Webmail
- Click the Configuration button

- Click the link Password
- Enter your new password and reenter it to confirm your selection

- Click the Save button. Your password will be immediately changed.
